Return & Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional yacht rental and purchase experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where returns or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be accepted.
Rental Cancellations
Yacht rental bookings can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the yacht owner’s policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The yacht was unavailable or unserviceable on the scheduled date.
- The booking was canceled within the allowed cancellation window.
- Duplicate payments were made for the same booking.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after booking confirmation.
- No-shows or late arrivals on the day of the booking.
- Failure to comply with safety rules or guidelines, resulting in booking termination.
Yacht Sales
Yacht purchases are final. Due to the nature of yacht sales, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a sale has been completed. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the yacht and review all documentation before finalizing a purchase.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
